Welcome! I have been working with couples for over 40 years as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I use a way of working that produces immediate and powerful change (Emotionally Focused Couples' Therapy) and I love watching my couples deepen their relationship from week to week, strengthening their bonds of love and security. This makes everything possible: intimate, joyful relating with each other, confidence and relaxed success in the work world, and  united and successful parenting. How can couples therapy affect all these areas?  When we, as individuals, know that we have the love and secure attachment that we crave and need, we can handle anything!
